This five-day, instructor-led course is designed for customers, partners, and Avaya associates who perform day-to-day administration for Avaya Aura Communication Manager. Participants will learn how to perform the primary Communication Manager administrative tasks. Through lecture and lab-work, this course teaches: basic features and functions, how to create a dial plan, how to set up class of service and class of restrictions, endpoint administration, system maintenance, and generating system reports. This course includes updates for Avaya Aura 6.2 Feature Pack 4 Update.

IMPORTANT:  This class is only valid for customers on Avaya Aura versions prior to CM7.
